Will I get my pet's ashes?
Yes, you get all of your pet's ashes returned to you. Your pet is named and handled individually at every stage of the process. We take special care of him or her during the cremation.

Do I bring my pet to you?
Your veterinary clinic will be able to guide you in this matter. Usually we are able to pick your pet up from the clinic, however in extenuating circumstances we can pick your pet up from your home or you may be able to bring your pet to us. Please discuss this with us.

Do I need to pick up my pet's ashes?
We return your pet's ashes either to your veterinary clinic or to you at home. Some clinics prefer to organise the cremation for you, and in this case we return your pet's ashes to the clinic for your collection. In other cases we return the ashes to you at home. This will be discussed with you prior to the cremation.

How long will it be before I get my pet's ashes returned?
Usually your pet's ashes are returned within 10 days from the time your pet is picked up from the veterinary clinic.
